What led you to Feng Shui in the first place?

Honestly, I resisted it for years.

I lived in Beijing—Feng Shui’s capital- for five years, and while I was always intrigued, I never really took the plunge. It all seemed far too complicated, and frankly, I couldn’t imagine how it would fit into a modern, design-conscious home.

I mean, who wants to move a staircase or fill their space with shiny gold cats?

But then I bought my dream house.

And almost immediately, something felt off.

The constant bickering, the low moods, the sense that the house just wasn’t on our side.

Out of sheer frustration, I enrolled in a Feng Shui course and began applying what I learned. My husband insisted I did not rearrange any furniture, so I worked only with the five elements, and to my surprise, the energy began to shift.

We felt lighter, calmer, and more ourselves.

The space finally started to support us. That was my turning point.

Since then, I’ve studied deeply, also one-on-one—with masters from around the world. The more I learn, the more in awe I am. Feng Shui isn’t just practical, it’s layered, intelligent, and so beautiful that it often still makes me feel emotional. It’s changed how I see space, energy, and what it means to truly feel at home.

What makes your approach to Feng Shui different?

I keep the wisdom and lose the woo.

I practice traditional, lineage-based Feng Shui—not the pop, trinket-filled version your aunt might’ve dabbled in back in the eighties.

Everything I do is grounded in authentic classical practice and designed to integrate seamlessly into your home. It’s subtle, elegant, and nearly invisible. No one needs to know you’ve been feeling a little off, only that things feel better now.

I care just as much about how your space looks as how it feels.

Every adjustment is made with taste, intention, and full respect for your style.

Good Feng Shui should never clash with good design.

It should feel like everything just… fits.

Who do you work with?

People who care deeply about their homes

- not just how they look, but how they support them.

They’re thoughtful, design-conscious, and quietly spiritual (even if they wouldn’t call it that). They know something feels off, and they want someone who can explain why, and fix it.

What kind of results can someone expect?

Most clients describe the shift as a quiet calm, a softening, a sense of clarity, as though the space is supporting them instead of draining them. Relationships smooth out and opportunities open up.

Things start to flow again, as you deserve.

What’s the story behind the name, No Lucky Cats?

It’s a quiet rebellion against all the clichés people associate with Feng Shui

- think waving cats, wind chimes, bagua hangers and other bits of superstition.

Good energy has nothing to do with trinkets and everything to do with how your space aligns with your life. No lucky cats required.
